TNInvestco takes hit
TNInvestco administrators within ECD took it on the chin, along with some others, in the TN Comptroller's report issued today regarding the capital-formation program's management. The story's here.
Milt thanks for informing us about this report and summarizing it. I would like to know more about who did what within the audit report. It seems as if the taxpayers are owed some money here and someone needs to go get it and not just the $5k application fees. This statute was full of holes just like the Kansas statute. I am all for ECD but this report feels like the tip of the iceberg
