Eric Cromwell, president of Tennessee Technology Development Corporation, apparently has gotten a second wind in his continuing effort to spur growth of high-tech companies, university research and tech commercialization. The question is whether or not creating new teams, announced yesterday, will produce the kind of momentum Cromwell and 10-year-old TTDC need, now they're back in the spotlight.
