Knox venture's 'consciousness-expanding' software
Knoxville-based Conscious Ventures LLC, which produces "consciousness expanding software," announced Dec. 30 the launch of the idea translator, uCree. uCree says in a release it helps users translate complex ideas into simple tasks which, when aware of, are "completed subconsciously by the user." The first application of its kind, uCree integrates fully into the user’s life through email reminders, mobile management, and global account accessibility, for what looks like a fee of $24 per year. The company is led by Matt Carr, CPA, whose LinkedIn page says he was once manager of M&A for Crowe Chizek and earned his accounting degree at UT-Knoxville in 2003.
