VUMC now hub for US research
Vanderbilt University Medical Center has won a $20MM grant to serve as the coordinating center for an NIH Clinical and Translational Research Awards program that involves 60 institutions. Bill Snyder's Reporter story here posted here.

CNN notes VU stimulus grant
CNN ran a bit this morning on Vanderbilt University's receiving a $3 million NIH Stimulus grant to support research by more than 30 fellows, all coordinated by VU's Institute for Global Health.
