VC Karen Mills' SBA confirmation advances

The confirmation of Maine-New York venture capitalist Karen Mills (left) moved closer yesterday to confirmation, when the Senate small-business committee affirmed the presidential appointment, paving the way for the forthcoming full Senate vote.
