HealthHonors to Healthways

Healthways is paying $14.7MM upfront, plus earn-out to acquire HealthHonors. In a release, Healthways said, in part, "Healthways will integrate the HealthHonors science and technology into Embrace™, Healthways’ comprehensive information system, to enhance sustained engagement in healthy behaviors."
