We don't know whether it's the news of XMi's new incubator, or the down economy or what...but, Nashville Business Incubation Center (
NBIC) says it'll waive the requirement of submitting a business plan and other hurdles, if you'd like to move out of your current digs into NBIC offices in the 130 to 400 sq. ft. range, for as little as $250 per month, including Internet, common-areas access, etc.
