Boca Raton-based Kahzam, Inc. (OTCBB: KHZM) announced it is acquiring Nashville-Based TeCOUP.com LLC, which provides SMS Text Coupon Messaging services. Release here. The deal is backed by Group Molinari, which is focused on platform development.
