Neathawk Dubuque and Packett, a Richmond-based advertising agency with 15 people and offices in Chattanooga, announced it has acquired all assets of
ThreeHD, a technology company founded by three Covenant College graduates, who are ThreeHD's only employees. The company specializes in tech, including 3-D rendering.
