Gov. Phil Bredesen has updated his disclosure of personal holdings to include a stake in Silicon Ranch, a startup venture in development by former Cabinet member Reagan Farr, erstwhile Revenue commissioner, with some involvement by ECD Commissioner Matt Kisber.
