Duplicitous?
The AP (via Knoxville News Sentinel) compares industry talk of 'crisis' if Obama Administration enviro reg's are implemented, yet in many cases denies adverse material impact on their bottom lines from such actions. True, says AP, the future of the regs is uncertain. Story here.

TN co-investment coming
State ECD Commissioner Bill Hagerty is likely within 3 weeks or so to announce criteria for investors applying for a share of the nearly $30MM the State plans to make available for co-investment, in an initiative designed to increase early-stage capital.
