FedEx customer service nod noteworthy
I know, every 5-year-old on the neighborhood soccer team gets some kind of award (I'm okay with that), and adult accolades are often cheapened. But, when a national organization names a FedEx executive its CSIA Customer Service Executive of the Year, respect should be paid.
