Chattanooga's Five Star Food Service, oriented toward the vending and coffee business, was recapitalized and reorganized, with a new CEO, under leadership of Atlanta-based Navigation Capital. The transaction also makes Five Star a franchisee of a Charlotte, N.C.-based firm. The release is here. Alan Recher was named CEO in the changeup.
