Penske: Saturn 'no sale'
After a brief test drive, auto guru Roger Penske decided the risk of not finding a reliable manufacturing partner outweighed the potential leverage of retaining the Saturn dealer network and 13,000 jobs, and is leaving the lot without a new car company. The Washington Post reports.
