Shareware conference in doubt?

The Shareware Industry Awards Foundation (SIAF), based in Ashland, Ky., has not announced plans for its 2011 conference, which was held in Dallas this year, partly due to embezzlement charges lodged against the group's former chairman, Gallatin, Tenn.-based Michael Callahan, local Gannett papers report.
