Advocate Capital says it owns niche
Nashville-based Advocate Capital makes money loaning money to plaintiffs' law firms, so lawyers needn't finance the costs associated with lengthy litigation, themselves. Advocate put out a release last week saying they've been on this corner ten years, asserting the economy has driven most the firm's "legal funding" competitors out of business, while they are well capitalized and growing nicely.
