XMi Affiliate Broker Cheryl Gunn told VNC this afternoon the facility is essentially "office suites," but it could eventually function as an incubator, particularly if professionals needed by startups become tenants. Weak demand for office space in the central business district may free-up more space for startups whose management teams are finding good deals on subleases throughout Middle Tennessee.
