Magazine names Tennessee 'State of Year'

Business Facilities (Group C Inc., Red Bank, N.J.) named Tennessee State of the Year for number of new jobs and capital invested during 2009, and accorded the Hemlock Semiconductor investment at Clarksville its Silver Award winner in the Deal of the Year category.
