Passport Health Communications CEO Scott MacKenzie announced today the company has named David Whitt (left) its chief financial officer. Whitt was previously CFO-Treasurer at Cavalier Telephone Corp. in Richmond. Prior to Cavalier, Whitt, a CPA, worked with KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
