Kinard to e+CancerCare

Bob Kinard, formerly CFO of ConnectivHealth, is now chief administrative officer for e+CancerCare, which is chaired by serial entrepreneur Charlie Martin, who's also founder/CEO of Vanguard Health Systems. Read about Kinard's move here.
