NV Incubator adds companies

VNC's recent report on vacancies at Nashville Business Incubation Center needs an update: NBIC exec Mildred Walters tells us that while two more shops have exited the NBIC, five have taken new offices there: Emerald Resource (IT, telecom); Ruffin Consulting (accounting systems and related); Angel Trumpets (design, printing); Island Sports (equipment, apparel); Quality Clean Carpets. Meanwhile, EmergeMemphis seeks Stimulus funding to expand from 26 to 38 slots. The CA reports. Walters also mentioned that she has recently discussed closer collaboration of some sort with Nashville Technology Council, but has not yet provided details.
